Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Used, damaged, or altered items may not be accepted.

Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handling Fee

A 20% handling fee applies unless the item is shipped back within 3 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 6 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 9 business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
