Tōrō Return Policy

At Tōrō, we take full accountability for the quality of our products and the trust you place in us. If something doesn’t align with your expectations, we have a return process that reflects our commitment to service, sustainability, and respect.

Returns

  • Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy on all Tōrō products from the date of delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Handling Fee: A 20% handling fee applies unless the product is shipped back within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 6 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original credit card used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 9 business days to appear.

Orgone Accumulator Pillows

For the safety, hygiene, and energetic clarity of all our customers:

  • We only resell pillows that are in unopened boxes. Any return where the box has been opened will not be eligible for resale.

  • We believe in upcycling and energetic stewardship. Opened pillows are not discarded — they are repurposed into other meaningful forms of support within our system.

  • We want your pillow to be your pillow — beginning with a clean, personal experience from the very start.
