A Physical Boundary
Staying present and off our phones is a constant struggle. The Tōrō Field Pouch not only reduces signals coming in and out, it creates a physical boundary, a reminder that the rest of the world can wait while you engage with what is directly in front of you.
Physical conditions shape response. The environment is part of the equation.
Designed to be carried, used, and lived with.

Dual handle configuration
Carry by hand, clip to a bag, hang at the bedside, or set on a surface.

Genuine full-grain leather
A natural material that develops character with use rather than degrading.

Signal-reducing inner construction
Conductive layers are arranged to help reduce wireless signals between the device and its environment.

Sized for modern phones
Fits current-generation phones with cases. Internal: 16.5 × 8.5 cm.
Beyond Phones
The Tōrō Field Pouch can also be used with modern vehicle key fobs and other small wireless devices.
Many keyless entry systems continuously communicate with nearby vehicles. In some cases, thieves use signal amplification and relay devices to extend that communication beyond its intended range.
Placing a key fob inside the pouch reduces the wireless signal available to external devices, helping limit certain unauthorized communication attempts.

Important Clarification
About signal reduction
The Tōrō Field Pouch is not designed as a complete Faraday enclosure.
Signal reduction depends on factors such as device type, network strength, orientation, and environmental conditions. While RF readings are often substantially reduced and connections may be weakened or interrupted, some devices can still maintain limited communication under certain circumstances.
The objective is not perfect isolation. The objective is a meaningful reduction in signal transmission through a simple, repeatable physical intervention.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the phone still receive calls and messages while inside?
In many situations, wireless connections are significantly weakened or interrupted when the phone is placed inside the pouch. However, the pouch is not a complete Faraday enclosure, so limited communication may still occur depending on network strength, device type, and environment.
Does this work for keyless car fobs?
Yes. Placing a keyless entry fob inside the pouch can help reduce the signal available to relay and amplification tools. Effectiveness varies with vehicle system design and conditions, so it should be considered one layer of protection rather than a standalone guarantee.
Will my phone overheat?
Under normal use, the pouch does not trap heat in a way that would cause overheating. As with any accessory, avoid leaving devices in direct sun or high-heat environments for prolonged periods.
How is this different from airplane mode?
Airplane mode is a software setting on the device. The pouch is a physical boundary that reduces wireless signals between the device and its environment. Many people use both together when they want stronger separation.
Is this a Faraday cage?
No. The Tōrō Field Pouch uses conductive materials to reduce signals, but it is not designed or marketed as a perfect or complete Faraday enclosure. Performance depends on real-world variables.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 60-day return window, no questions asked, so you can evaluate how the pouch fits your routines.
